SALES RETURN POLICY We confidently stand behind the authenticity, condition and value of every item we sell. All items are delivered to our clients just as described and presented on our website. For these reasons, only select items are eligible for return, less a 10% restocking and service fee.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN Eligible items for returns are only accepted if the client contacts Luxury Buyers within 24 hours of the delivery of their order to make arrangements for the return shipment. This gives the client ample time to verify that the item delivered to them is exactly as it was described.
*All sales and orders are considered final 24 hours after delivery.
To arrange the return of a purchased item, contact email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your item and a representative will walk you through the return process. All returns must be received in the same condition as when they were sold.
*All eligible items returned are subject to a 10% restocking and service fee.
FINAL SALE ITEMS Some items offered in our market place ar final upon sale and not eligible for return. These items are clearly market on the item details page.
REFUNDS Once your item has been returned and verified you will receive an email notification informing you that the refund is being processed and the total amount of the final refund, less the 10% restocking and service fee.
*Shipping Expenses are not refunded.
All refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of in which the original payment was made. Credit Card refunds may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your banking institution. All cash/wire refunds will be issued within 72 hours of receiving and verifying the returned item by check. *Only after the item is returned and authenticated will the refund be issued less a 10% restocking and service fee.
